    Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and an outdoor dining area. The staff were so helpful, even finding my lost necklace during my first stay. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

    The continental breakfast with fabulous food, excellent restaurant. Marvellous and perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to Trafalgar Park. Easy check-in and welcoming service.

    Not very friendly staff!

    The good, the bad, and the unexpected

    Bright yellow exterior caught my eye, but it was the pristine rooms with nice marina views that left me enchanted. Beds were plush, and breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, catering even to gluten-free needs. It's in a peaceful area, yet not far from the city center. Can't wait to return for more good moments!

    The Executive Harbourview Studio was a dream! I loved soaking in the views from the balcony while enjoying the spacious lounge and kitchen setup. The comfy bed ensured I had the best night's sleep, and the staff were really nice too accommodate our last-minute room change!

    The location was somewhat conveninent, but i had to deal with the whole blechy smell in my parents' room. The remotes didn't work properly, which one would think would be a basic expectation. By the way, i expected an upgrade as a special guest but apparently they don't do that here. Absoluteley disappointing, really.
